Humanization design

The height of the main tester and operation surface are designed according to human standing; the integrated design of the computer display and PLC is convenient and intuitive; the explosion-proof box is placed at the rear to prevent the battery from exploding and injuring people, to protect operator.

Removable design

The bottom of the whole device is equipped with movable casters and foot cups. The casters are convenient for the movement of the device. After the device is in place, the foot cups support the device and fix it and will good for leveling and fixing

Man-machine interface control

The test system adopt a combination of PLC+ Computer control,the curve graph and excell files can be output,more convenient to analyze test results.

Safety of heating device

The heater uses high-temperature ceramic heaters to make the heating more efficient and safe. The heating voltage uses DC 24V instead of the AC 220V to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

Panel

The man-machine interface is adopted to simplify buttons, and only the power supply and emergency stop are reserved to prevent accidents. meanwhile, a panel buzzer is provided to remind.
