Equipment function description
This TOB-TTS-L350 auto top and side sealing machine is suitable for the top sealing and side sealing process for pouch cell. It is suitable for the preparation of same side tab pouch cell and opposite tab pouch cell.
Process flow
Manually put the formed aluminum laminated film into the clamp for positioning, put the cell into the aluminum laminated film shell, fixture clamping plate, the servo drives the fixture and transports the cell to the double top sealing position, the cylinder moves down and completes the double top sealing (Or one top sealing) at the same time, the servo continues to transport the fixture to the side sealing position, completes one side of the side sealing work, the fixture automatically returns to the material placement position, manual discharge material; the cycle repeats.
