Why do battery mixing machines need a
good vacuum seal system?
(1)In the whole stirring
process, due to the frequent collision and friction between materials, as well
as the friction between the agitator and materials, more heat will be
generated, resulting in temperature rise. Temperature rise can cause part
solvent volatilize, produce pungent odour, such as NMP, PVDF and so on, organic
gas has a great harm to human body.
(2)In the premixing stage of
dry powder, if the closed system is not good enough, dust will be scattered,
damaging the working environment, affecting product quality and causing
injuries to employees.
(3)There is a large gap in the
powder interior, after mixing with the solvent, there must be a lot of bubbles
in the slurry interior, so the slurry needs to be treated to remove bubbles,
and then coating the electrode foil. Otherwise there will be bubble burst in
the process of coating, surface density and slurry off the phenomenon. It is
extremely detrimental to battery performance.
