1.The Basic composition

This Solid-State Battery Charge and Discharge Machine is mainly composed of computer, communication interface and battery formation cabinet. The battery formation cabinet is composed of a plate body including a clamp and a plate for the clamp, a constant current, a constant voltage source, a single-chip microcomputer and a control panel.

2. The main performance

Number of equipment channels: a total of 512 channels in the whole machine.

Workflow control mode: whole machine control.

Charging mode: constant current, constant voltage.

Charging cut-off conditions: time.

Constant current and constant voltage source: Each battery has an independent constant current and constant voltage source, and its own circuit does not affect each other. PWM charging energy-saving mode is adopted to effectively reduce heat generation and power consumption.

Protection function: Each battery has a voltage upper limit protection function to ensure that each battery is charged to the required voltage.

Current and voltage settings: Charging current is centrally controlled and adjusted, which can be set by computer software or keyboard operation.

Process settings: The upper computer can set 20 step parameters, and the charging and other functions can be completed offline through keyboard operation.

Power-down protection: With power-down protection function, the original workflow can continue to run after the call.

Voltage screening: After charging, low-voltage cells can be screened.

Minimum configuration of computer system: CPU above P4, memory above 2G, hard disk space above 200G, EGA/VGA color display, one CD-ROM, one mouse, MicrosoftTM Windows XP or above operating system, one available RS232 serial communication port, Windows support printer. The computer system need prepare by user, and the number of microcomputer systems is determined according to actual needs
