SPECIFICATIONS


This is a substrate transmission device connecting process equipment to process equipment in solar cell production line. It adopts Siemens 1200 control system and servo motor as transmission power, precision stainless steel shaft + O-ring for roller way transmission, and use reflective photoelectric sensor to identify transmission substrate, docked with upstream connection signal, the starting point sensor senses the substrate motor drive, arrives at the deceleration point to decelerate, arrives at the end point to stop, alarm for not reaching the corresponding position, docked with downstream connection signal, the substrate is completely separated from the end point sensor and motor to stop rotation, downstream has fault, stop automatic and alarm. The upstream incoming material can be automatically stored and FIFO storage when downstream blocking film or downstream failure.
