The furnace uses silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, adopts double-layer shell structure and 31 section program temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and silicon controlled control, and the furnace adopts alumina ceramic fiber, vacuum formed fiber light plate material. Double furnace chamber structure is adopted. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving and so on.
It adopts international advanced technology, self-developed new type with high performance and high energy saving, and adopts energy-saving ceramic fiber material double-layer structure, which can reduce the external temperature to normal temperature and make the temperature distribution in the inner cavity uniform.
