This TOB-RK60 supercapacitor cells feeding machine is used for supercapacitor (after the electric cell is welded and the o-ring of the upper cover is assembled) to be pressed into the inside of the shell, and the o-ring sealing ring is fastened inside.

Working process description

Manually put the product into the product positioning base bracket, put the upper cover of the cell into the upper cone sleeve, press down the foot switch, and the lower cylinder will push the product into the lower end of the cone sleeve, and press down the upper cylinder, slowly press the cell, the upper end cover and the o-ring into the shell from the large and small inside the cone sleeve. After the completion, all parts will be returned to the original position and take out the product.
