SPECIFICATIONS

1. The automatic shear cutting machine is used for sodium ion battery big electrode cutting after coating process or after continuous rolling press process. Cutting big electrode is more easy for slitting or punching to small pieces for sodium ion battery making. 

2. This cutter machine can also use for aluminum laminated film cutting.

3. TOB-CP-500 model sodium ion battery electrode cutting machine has a 500mm cutting width with set cutting length, the machine is with two kind setting mode, the fixed length mode and the induction mode. All the operation can be set from touch screen.

- For the fixed mode, it is mainly used for continuous coating electrode.

- For induction mode, it adopts optical fiber sensing and can be used for gap coated electrode with easy operation. 

4. The cutting machine is composed by Electrode discharge part, Drive part, Tension Control part, Cutting part and Control touch screen.
