SPECIFICATIONS

TOB provides TOB-Nolay-Series manual tablet press machine. The tablet presses in this series can reach up to 60 tons with dual scale display of pressure and intensity.

The tablet press and tablet pressing molds produced by TOB New Energy are widely used in industries such as batteries, superconductors, catalysis, silicate, powder metallurgy, ceramics, biochemical analysis instruments, and new material sample preparation and research and development. The TOB-Nolay-Series manual powder tablet press can be used in conjunction with various domestic and foreign brands of Fourier infrared spectrometers, and is particularly suitable for battery material tableting processes.

Selection Suggestions:
For manual hot presses, it is recommended that the pressure used be within half of the full-scale pressure. For example, if a pressure of 10 tons is required, it is best to choose a hot press of more than 20 tons, so that the pressure can be relatively stable. If the pressure is too high, the insulation pads and insulation boards will produce large deformations under high pressure, which will lead to insufficient pressure.
If the pressure required is relatively high and the pressure holding requirement is relatively high, it is recommended to choose an automatic tablet press. Because the automatic machine has an automatic pressure replenishment function, that is, if the pressure is insufficient, the machine will automatically replenish the pressure.
