Overview:
1. Planetary ball mill is necessary equipment for fine grinding, nano-materials preparing, new product developing and preparing small volume high-tech material production.
2. The planetary ball mill is small, full-featured, high efficiency and low noise which is the ideal equipment to get micro particle research samples (can get four samples in one time).
3. It can be equipped with vacuum mill tank, the sample can be ground under vacuum. It is widely used in geology, mining, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemicals and other departments.
4. It can set the speed, forward and reverse alternating time, and the total grinding time according to process requirement.
Working principle:
TOB-XQM series variable-frequency planetary ball mill is equipped with four tanks on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the tanks revolve around the turntable axis and rotate around its own axis to make a planetary motion.
It can grind by dry and wet methods, and mix samples with different particle sizes and materials. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing the sample, the minimum particle size can be 0.1 micron.
