Technical indicators

This is a vacuum flange glove box with single station, single operation, integrated with a single column purification unit, PLC touch screen operation control, vacuum pump, bracket, a closed box, with operating surface tilt and safety glass quick-opening hinge front window. Under normal conditions, namely the 20℃ constant temperature, a standard atmosphere, inert gas 99.999%, water and oxygen index less than 0.1 ppm.

Function:

* Closed re-circulation

The inert gas in the glove box is continuously deoxygenated and dehydrated through the closed circulation of the circulating fan and purifier

*Automatic control regeneration

Water and oxygen removal materials can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by the program

* Automatic cleaning

Installation conditions (provided by the customer):

1. 2 bottles of pure argon (nitrogen or helium can also be used) with a purity of 99.99%

2. 1 bottle of high-purity argon (nitrogen or helium can also be used) with a purity of 99.999%.

3. 1 bottle of argon-hydrogen mixture (nitrogen-hydrogen mixture or helium-hydrogen mixture can also be used)

(1) The hydrogen content is 5%~10%, and the rest is high-purity argon (or high-purity nitrogen, high-purity helium).

(2) The inert gases used in items 1, 2, and 3 must be consistent!

4. 1 pressure reducing valve for the working gas cylinder

The main gauge pressure range is greater than 15Mpa, and the auxiliary gauge pressure range is 0~1Mpa (or can accurately read 0.4~0.6 Mpa).

5. One pressure reducing valve for regeneration gas cylinder

(1) The pressure range of its main gauge is greater than 15Mpa, and the pressure range of its auxiliary gauge is 0~0.5Mpa (or can accurately read 0.05~0.08Mpa).
