This is a compact glovebox that connects a two-station glovebox to a single-station glovebox via a T-transition chamber. It has single-side operation, PLC control and touch screen operation functions. Integrated single column purification unit, vacuum pump, holder, one with angled operating surface and removable safety glass front window, etc.
Under standard conditions, that is, 20℃constant temperature, a standard atmospheric pressure, 99.999% inert air source, water oxygen index is less than 0.1 ppm.
The inert gas in the glove box is closed by the circulating fan and purifier to remove water and oxygen constantly.
Automatic controlled regeneration
Dehydrating and deoxygenating materials can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by the program.
Automatic cleaning
Air displacement in the glove box is accomplished by an automatically controlled cleaning valve.
Tank pressure control
The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC. The working pressure can be set freely within +/- 15mbar. When it exceeds +/- 16mbar, the system will start automatic protection.
Vacuum pump automatic control
The vacuum pump must be automatically started when the system needs it.

Organic Solvent Adsorber
Size: 238mm in diameter, 407mm in height, material: 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm, filled with 10kg of high-efficiency active adsorption material, connected to the main circulation pipeline, the circulating gas can first pass through the adsorber, and mainly absorb the volatilized organic gas. With a bypass system, manual valve control can choose to open or close the solvent adsorption column, and the adsorption material can be replaced quickly and easily. After replacing the activated carbon, the adsorption column can be evacuated to remove the air and avoid polluting the high-purity atmosphere in the box.
Ultra Clean Filtration System
The top of the box is equipped with a dust removal system. After the gas passes through the dust removal fan and the high-efficiency dust removal filter element, a laminar flow from top to bottom can be generated, and the gas in the box is sent back to the dust removal system from the bottom through the circulation pipeline.
