SPECIFICATIONS
This TOB-HTA-01 45 ℃ battery cells aging oven is suitable for overall baking of batteries and fixtures.
Working principle
Place materials such as lithium-ion batteries and fixtures onto the oven trolley for baking, set the heating time, and the system will automatically complete the heating process based on the set time parameters.
Technological process
Open the oven door, push the aging car into the oven, and close the equipment door → Confirm baking process → Start equipment → Automatic operation and inspection → Baking process completed → Open the oven door and push out the aging car

Product features
A. The whole machine is made of fire-resistant color steel plates spliced together, with a rock wool thickness of 100mm and good thermal insulation performance. It is assembled on site;

I. Door structure: There is an observation window and a movable small shutter on the furnace door, and a proximity switch is installed above the furnace door. When the door is opened, it automatically loses power.
J. Each furnace chamber has independent explosion-proof lighting, and its switch is independently controlled by a touch screen.
K. Explosion proof pressure relief: Install an automatic exhaust pressure relief device, which can be used for heat dissipation and ventilation, and can also be opened for pressure relief during internal high temperature or high pressure, controlled by system signals.

Temperature control
A. Heating independent control operation, each chamber does not interfere with each other, and there will be no phenomenon of series temperature.
B. Main heating temperature control: Display temperature error within 1 ℃.
C. Workroom temperature error: ± 3 ℃ at 60 ℃ (empty box, constant temperature state).
D. Temperature range: room temperature+10 ℃~80 ℃.
E. Heating rate: room temperature~60 ℃ ≤ 30min (empty box, constant temperature state).
