Note 1: When the buyer has other requirements for performance, the indicators shall be negotiated and determined by both parties. |
3.7 Surface quality
3.7.1 The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, and no delamination, cracks, peeling, air bubbles, thorns, creasing and inclusions are allowed.
3.7.2 The surface of the strip is allowed to have minor defects such as local scratches, spots, pits, indentations, roll marks, and grinding marks that do not cause the thickness of the strip to exceed the allowable deviation.
3.7.3 Slight waves, darkening and local slight oil stains on the surface of the strip shall not be used as the basis for scrapping.
4.Test method
4.1 The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition of the strip shall be carried out according to GB/T 3190-1996 or other methods agreed between the supplier and the buyer.
4.2 The hardness performance test of the strip is carried out according to GB/T4340.1-1999.
4.3 The outer dimensions of the strip are measured with corresponding precision measuring tools.
4.4 The surface quality of the strip is inspected visually.
4.5 Repeated bending test method for strips Use a vernier caliper to clamp the aluminum strip and bend it back and forth, and record the number of strips broken.
5.Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The strip should be inspected by the supplier’s technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard, and the quality certificate should be filled in.
5.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection result is inconsistent with the provisions of this standard and the order contract, it shall be submitted to the supplier in written form and the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate and resolve. Objections related to surface quality and dimensional deviations should be filed within one month from the date of receipt of the product, and objections related to other properties should be filed within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, arbitration sampling should be conducted jointly by both the supplier and the buyer.
5.2 Batch
Strips should be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch should be composed of products of the same brand, state and specification, and the batch weight should not exceed 500kg
5.3 Inspection items
Each batch of strips should be subject to chemical composition verification, external dimensions, hardness parameters and surface quality inspections. When required by the buyer and specified in the contract, the strip shall be subject to process performance inspection.
5.4 Sampling
The sampling of strips should meet the requirements of Table 6

5.5 Judgment of inspection results
5.5.1 When the chemical composition is unqualified, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified.
5.5.2 When the strip shape deviation, surface quality, and repeated bending test fail, the strip is judged as unqualified.
5.5.3 When a sample is unqualified in the inspection result, another double number of samples should be taken from the batch of products to repeat the test. If the repeated test results are all qualified, the whole batch of products is judged to be qualified. If the repeated test results still have unqualified samples, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified or all tested, and those qualified shall be delivered in batches.
