Today,the top-side sealing machine and vacuum pre-sealing machine have been sent to Spain, they are used for pouch cell process, a good sealing effect will be more conducive to battery performance.

Top-side sealing machine can prepare the pouch cell for the injection of electrolyte by sealing the side and top of the pouch cell with tab.

Compact vacuum sealer is mainly used for sealing aluminum-laminated case in glove box after injection of electrolyte into pouch Li-ion cell or after formation for final seal (polymer Li-Ion cell).
