Measure method
(1) Turn on the TOB-AKF-CH6 moisture tester and add an appropriate amount of Karl Fischer reagent to the titration tank to ensure that the reagent is between the maximum and minimum scale.
(2) Turn on the nitrogen cylinder ,set gas flow ,temperature
(3 ) Wait for blank electrolysis balance test of the instrument.
(4) For sample testing, take appropriate amount of sample into the sample bottle, place it on the heating tank, connect the heating tracing tube, click start measurement, then sample, input relevant parameters, and wait for the measurement results
2. Test method foranodegraphite tap density
(1)Vibrate the graphite contained in the steel cylinder in the tap density tester for 10 minutes, calculate the volume after vibration through its descending depth, and then divide the weight of graphite by the volume after vibration to obtain the tap density.
