Today, one semi-automatic battery stacking machine will be sent to our customer, this battery stacking machine will be used for laboratory polymer lithium battery research.
The stacking machine is generally composed of ten mechanisms, namely: feeding mechanism, positive electrodes box, negative electrodes box, positive secondary positioning mechanism, negative secondary positioning mechanism, positive electrodes feeding mechanism, negative electrodes feeding mechanism, laminating platform, paste glue mechanism, discharging mechanism.
The working principle of the semi-automatic battery stacking machine is to load the positive and negative sheets into the material box, and the manipulator moves left and right to pick up the electrodes in the positive and negative material boxes. After the second positioning, the positive and negative plates are alternately placed on the lamination table . The separator unwinds actively, and the lamination table drives the separator to reciprocate left and right to form a Z-shaped stack. After the lamination is completed, it is cut according to the set length, the battery core is automatically sent out, and the glue is manually applied.
