The polymer battery cases are made of aluminum laminated film, aluminum plastic film has many advantages, such as high temperature resistance, good insulation, good tensile strength, etc.

Aluminum laminated film has three thickness, 88um, 113um and 153um, we will choose the right thickness according to your requirements. Then, according to different battery sizes, use a pouch cell forming machine to punch various types of cases.
