properties of the coating liquid, the required coating accuracy, the coating
substrate, the speed of coating, etc.
How to choose
the coating method suitable for the electrode slurry? In addition to the above
factors, it is necessary to combine the specific conditions and characteristics
of the electrode coating. Lithium-ion battery electrode coating features are:
1 double-sided
single layer coating;
2 slurry wet
coating is thick (100 ~ 300μm);
3 slurry is a
non-Newtonian high viscosity fluid;
4 electrode
coating accuracy requirements are high, and film coating accuracy is similar;
5 coated support
is aluminum foil and copper foil with a thickness of 10 ~ 20μm;
6 The electrode
coating speed is not high compared to the film coating speed.
Considering the
