So the heating seal of the pouch cell case mainly depends on the PP layer melting and bonding together after heating, and the PP layer solidifies after cooling. PP material will not be dissolved by organic solvent in the cell, can effectively prevent internal electrolytes and other contact with the Al layer, avoid the corrosion of the Al layer.
